jaunthie...I have attended two meetings, reviewed specs, drafted error message text, answered questions from various people at work on various work-related subjects...
...started bread from scratch, had coffee with friends, had lunch with my husband, had my cat J in my lap for extended periods of time (here he comes again, wanting more lap time and head scratches), chimed in on cancelling tomorrow night's photography meeting, talked with a friend on the phone, checked in with my parents on the phone...
...watched teenagers sled down the hill outside my house...
...watched cars slide down the hill by my house (but not hit anything fortunately, including said teenagers)...
So far, a darn good day. I'm going to start split pea soup simmering on the stove soon, just as soon as I finish updating a list. And when the soup is nearing done, I'll bake the bread, and we'll have homemade soup and bread for supper.
