It's about 12:30 p.m., and just like yesterday, the radio is playing a piece to which I can't help but hear Elmer and Bugs' lyrics. I think the mid-day announcer at the classical station has got Merrie Melodies on the brain, too - either that or the station programmer has decided that the mid-day set will include at least one famous opera movement that became a very famous Bugs Bunny cartoon.

Edited to add: Oh my goodness, I had no idea this was available in the public domain! Now that's a purely unexpected treat.
