Mmm, seasonal produce

It's Copper River salmon season.
It's all kinds of early veggies season (broccoli, young spinach, and garlic curls, just to name a few).

fisherbear and I wanted fish last night. I bought a nice piece of salmon on the way home from work, cooked it in pouches with a sliced potato, some onion, dill, and garlic curls (the latter two from my garden) and served it with a lovely side of steamed broccoli. And the strawberries (including several from my garden) were duly nibbled upon afterwards.
Yum! I love it when eating healthily is also tasty and cheap. :-)
