Deja vu all over again
Apr. 18th, 2005 09:23 amDifferent week, same refrain - right down to the miles I need to walk. The training schedule for this week is exactly the same as last week, and just like last week, I have a ton of work to do, too. This is getting to be a habit!
For those who don't remember and don't want to look it up, here's the walking schedule for this week:
Oh, and for the record, I made my distance and then some last week: 27.81 miles. Yay me. Now to do it all over again!

- Thursday: 5 miles
- Saturday: 10 miles
- Sunday: 6 miles
