The Bad:
It's going to be a looooooong evening of printing! Wish me luck!
- Who knew I was going to walk more miles on an "off" day than I did the last two training days? 6.11 miles, to be exact. But it was such a gorgeous day it would have been a shame to drive...and I had the day off, which definitely helps in the finding-time department.
- Who knew that April could feel so much like late June? It was positively balmy today. Almost too hot, in fact.
- Who knew that being invited to a plant-sale pre-party was such a hoot? Thanks to my friend E, I got to go to the Arboretum sale on the pre-sale "members only" dinner event. Not only were there no crowds and plenty of room to browse and shop, but we were met at the door with the offer of champagne. Dinner and dessert were provided. Music played throughout. And every time a box had more than 3 or 4 plants in it, a volunteer would magically appear and offer to carry it back to the holding area for you, because "that looks awfully heavy". I may never go to a regular plant sale again...
The Bad:
- Who knew that the printer would be giving me such grief the day before I have to hang my show??? (Okay, maybe Murphy had an inkling, but still...)
