Different week, same refrain - right down to the miles I need to walk. The training schedule for this week is exactly the same as last week and the week before, and just like last week, I have a ton of work to do, too. Oy! At least I don't have a show to hang on top of all the rest of it.

For those who don't remember and don't want to look it up, here's the walking schedule for this week:

  • Tuesday: 3 miles

  • Thursday: 5 miles

  • Saturday: 10 miles

  • Sunday: 6 miles

...for a total of 24 miles. Once again, anyone want to go for a walk?

Oh, and for the record, even with the show hang eating Saturday, I made my distance: 24.42 miles, including the 8.15 miles I walked yesterday - but not counting the 12 miles I biked on Saturday. Biking is not walking, although it's good for me too. Now to do it all over again, but hopefully without forgetting my hat for sunny-day walks. Between the walking and the gardening yesterday, I'm a wee bit pink in the face.
