The "joys" of odd allergies

jaunthieOne of the down sides to being allergic to something relatively unusual is that it sometimes turns up in the oddest places. I must have eaten something that had a fair bit of salicylic acid in it, because I've got a beaut of a rash going on both my arms. To quote Joss Whedon: "Grr! Argh!"
On the brighter side, I had a great walking weekend. Between the 11.7 miles on Saturday and the over six miles yesterday (including walking in the 5K Run/Walk For Your Rights with Aviva, MamaBear,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
fisherbear, and my 3-Day walking partner, She's Jake To Me - a fabulous lot of fun and in a great cause!), I've got at least 30.34 miles in for last week. Final total might have to be adjusted once I finish downloading all the detailed data from Mirkwood tonight, as I can't seem to find him at the moment...
