Busy, busy, busy
Jul. 10th, 2010 08:21 pmYes, I'm a bad, bad journal-keeper right now. It's been busy, and is likely to stay that way for a while. But I am alive, and I'll try to add blogging back into the schedule as I can.
Recent noteworthy events:
And of course since my life isn't busy and crazy enough, I've also set a writing goal for the month. Which means I'm spending multiple hours a day at the keyboard, above and beyond the time I regularly spend at a keyboard at work. On the plus side, I'm making progress, so yay that at least.
But really, this year is pretty packed so far. I don't think I've had time to go to a single movie yet this year, and I'm not really keeping up much on TV shows, either. Sigh. Oh well, there are worse things to have to catch up with later (if ever).
Anyone have a spare time machine? Tardis preferred, but really, any functioning time machine will do.
Recent noteworthy events:
- Re-org at work
- Onslaught of home-grown veggie abundance in the garden (not that this is a *bad* thing, but OMG I am up to my ears in greens and peas and radishes and and AND, and it all requires watering and mulching and harvesting, not to mention eating)
- Multiple nifty weekend events, including parades, barbeques, and other fun gatherings
- Not enough time to get to the gym, but some progress that way anyway (I climbed a 5.8 today!)
