jaunthie | Random Friday Update

It's one of those weeks where you just feel lucky to have made it to Friday. I don't know whether it's the time of year, the wacky weather, the looming deadlines at work, or some combination thereof, but it's just been an exhausting rollercoaster of a week.

So a brief update:

The arm continues to improve. I went in for my second PT session on Thursday, and my PT guy was really impressed by how much things have already improved. I am of course doing my stretches and my exercises religiously, as I really want to get back to normal as quickly as possible. I Do Not Have Time For This. Plus I really don't like pain.
I continue to make a notable lack of progress on my creative goals for February. See earlier statement about it having been a really exhausting and crazy-busy week.
My visible-from-space shoes were a moderate success at work today. I wore them because I needed that extra bit of whimsy and humor to get through the day, and they worked not just for me, but for several of my co-workers. A definite win.
