Half-full, half-empty

As you may have seen, I was sick recently and feeling pretty miserable. Also self-pitying.

In the good news department, I'm much better now. Not yet 100%, but getting there.

In the less good news department, not only did fisherbear get the bug, he got it much worse than I did. As in major fever, serious antibiotics, and still not even close to well yet. He *is* better than he was, thanks to the drugs, but still definitely sick.

So I have ample evidence that really, I could have been *much sicker* than I was. So I should feel good about that, right?

Ugh. Can I not get sick again for the rest of the year, please? And ditto fisherbear? I think we've had our quota and then some. :-p

Glad to hear that you're both on the mend. Slowly but surely back to normal here as well.
