Oh yes, I remember this: cooking

I had a lot of veggies that needed using up in the refrigerator, and it being Sunday, I had time, so I cooked a lot today. We had lavender chicken, roasted beets with goat cheese, onion pudding, and spinach-and-nasturtium salad for dinner, and I also made a batch of zuchinni bread. I had somehow forgotten that I only have one loaf pan, so I made the second "loaf" into muffins. Yum!

Onion pudding? You mean that wonderful concoction under one of the duck preparations at Herbfarm? I am not worthy...I am not worthy...

Sadly, the attempt at onion pudding was tasty but not at all similar to the Herbfarm dish. I think I have a better idea how to create that, though, having tried the experiment. I shall keep up the attempts.
