jaunthie...thank goodness. As I blogged before, there was no excuse for that nomination. She was in no way qualified to sit on the Supreme Court. Not that I have much faith in Twinkie to actually pick a good nominee next time, but just because I fear his next choice doesn't mean I can't celebrate the withdrawal of this unworthy candidate.
In other news, we still have a very unhappy cat. He's got quite the set of pipes on him when he's really unhappy. Normally he restricts himself to soft, kittenish "mews", the better to promote his cute image - but he's busted out the full voice during his quarantine. Sigh.
