Halloween candy in the hallways at work

It's everywhere. It's mostly chocolate. And it's EVIL. I am not good at resisting temptation when it's confronting me at every bloody third step.

It's funny you should mention that. At WW yesterday, people kept saying how they'd gotten their leftover Halloween candy out of the house by either taking it to work sending it to work with their husbands. I couldn't help but wonder how people in those offices who might be trying to avoid just such temptations might feel about that. If you want a little perspective to help hold you back, a "fun size" Baby Ruth is two points. Have a nice peice of good dark chocolate instead, and ignore the crap that haunts your office. Take strength from my Ephiny icon. ;)
