I'd say it's official, but of course there are no officials involved. I passed the 100 mile mark yesterday for miles walked in training. It doesn't mean anything really in terms of the amount of training I still have to do, but it still seems like a neat milestone to me!

Walker Lady, you are putting us all to shame. Just got back from Phoenix where I spent nine days walking with DWF, and the miles we put in, while productive, were far far far from what you are doing. Good work...I hope to be able to take a walk with you when I visit Seattle in May.

I'd love to walk with you in May!

Thanks Major! I know my little walks are nothing compared to your Marine marches, but hopefully I'll be able to keep up with you when you visit. :-)

Good work, er ..... Walk

BBW thanks you for the site.

100 miles for you as of 3/16. Starting 67 years for old me, also an accomplishment. It made me sad though. My dad, your grand dad, never saw his 66th birthday.

Saw LNF off at the airport this morning. She worked hard trying to get me started on "healthier living".

Lots of love

Good work yourself, BBW

It makes me sad, too, only having a few memories of Grandpa and knowing he died so young. But I'm very happy you've started working on living healthier - because I want you to beat out Great-Grandpa RL in age!

You'll have to come on walks with me when you get home. I'm no taskmaster like the Major, but I can be pretty good company when I try.
