More Milocity
Jun. 7th, 2006 09:17 amWe were supposed to be able to pick up Milo from the vet last night. However, when we got there we were told that they wanted to keep him longer for still more observation and feeding. We were allowed to "visit" him, though. Poor Milo was extremely happy to see us, particularly
fisherbear; he was snuggling into his arms and purring like a coffee-grinder. But even more than being glad to see us, it was very obvious that Milo WANTED OUT OF THERE NOW, which of course we couldn't do. Having to put him back into the kennel and watch him try to get back to us, hopping awkwardly with the IV in his leg, was just awful. We're really hoping he starts eating again so he can come back home with us today.
And yes, we're very worried.
