Just a quick update to let everyone know I'm doing all right.

If nothing else, I can now say I've experienced general anethesia. I'm definitely still a bit loopy, and according to fisherbear I repeated myself quite a bit on the way home (I don't remember doing so), but all in all I think I'm doing pretty well. Nothing but cold soft foods for me today, though. Looking forward to adding hot soft foods tomorrow.
